Fairfax Stars shining

By S_Gmacdonald

The Fairfax Stars AAU basketball program offers a program with 32 – 36 boys and girls teams from our community each year during the regular AAU season ( March – July ),
The Fairfax Stars also host a very large summer league ( close to 300 teams ), a fall league and also a winter AAU league.
The Fairfax Stars also host regular skills development clinics, an NCAA-approved Team Showcase during the fall college “open” period, a coaches clinic for area youth league and high school coaches featuring college coaches as instructors, and a full calendar of events throughout the year.
The group has been offering constructive recreation opportunities with adult supervision to student-athletes in our community for more than ten years now. The Web site is www.fairfaxstars.org .
